Been going to this Practice my whole life. Wouldn't go anywhere else. This place has everything in one spot. Chemist with great staff. Great doctors, Nurses are great too. Pathology great. Couldn't say anything bad about this practice.

Bit of a wait but it was a Saturday so not really a big deal and only about 20 mins wait. Reception was very helpful and kind, notified me of how long I was likely to wait and was helpful after my appointment when I made my payment. clean and quiet waiting room.

Extremely disappointed by the services of Dr Alam. She was rude and short, with extremely poor verbal skills. She ignored my attempts to describe my level of pain when I expressed this to her. Paid $95 to be quickly pushed out the door, refused any pain medication with offered simple referral for a X-ray and Physio. Will not see her again! Go try another Dr!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

They’re all about the money, no care for patients.

There was an issue with my script. I called up to get this fixed and was charged. Not only was the issue their fault, but I wasn’t even told that I would be charged to have the script amended.

I’ve seen a couple of doctors here. I’ve noticed a recurring theme. The doctors that are hard to book will try and get you in and out as quick as possible and the ones with extensive availability will stall you for as long as possible.

The head of reception is also extremely rude.

Im hesitant to return, my GP moved overseas and i adored them so i was struggling to find a new one with open books. Whist it wasnt the doctors fault my appointment was missed due to a hotdoc error and when i was in there i felt she was very dismissive and short, she didnt want to prescribe a medication i have been using for a while, shut me down and said i need xyz tests (which ive had) and to see a specialist - when agreeing to i was not offered a referral or recommendation just shoved out the door quickly, i now have a low grade headache again and no other options offered to me despite asking. Only giving 2 stars as the receptionist was lovely and the only good interaction i had. Paid for a very unwelcome appointment.

Dr Erica Rowley is one of the best and most caring doctors I have ever seen. I need to go to the doctors regularly and Erica has always been wonderful in looking after me as a person and a patient. Erica listens to my concerns and always recommends the best and correct treatment.

The Broadmeadow Medical Centre team is also wonderful and caring and have a genuine interest in looking after patients as best they can.
