my little one have been admitted to the hospital for tonsils operations and he always received excellent care during his stay, time taken is never rushed and I'm very grateful that the central coast has a wonderful private hospital that you can trust . The administration and nurses are professional, helpful, knowledgeable, and greet you with a smile

I always felt that my child was very well taken care of.
He loved is welcome backpack ? before he gets into the operation theatre.
Thank you to all Brisbane water private staff!?

Very dissatisfied with the response I got from the intake officer. I abided by all the rules and had a successful stay when I was there. When I tried to have another admission for mood I was spoken to like I didn't matter and no reason was given and when I asked why she couldn't give me an answer. I was told in a matter of fact way that I was not right for the clinic. I contacted to prob as to why.i was not suitable the conversation was abruptly finished leaving me very distressed and it made me feel discarded. I give them a 2 because dealing with someone who who needs help to just be shoved as I didn't matter has left me in a very bad head soace. I don't recommend this Hospital at all.

I've had a great experience with BWPH for my daughters day surgery. The staff were so kind and accommodating to my little one, even putting her favourite show on the TV in recovery and making sure she was comfortable.

Went into this hospital to detox from smoking some weed. Got put on a very strong antipsychotic amongst a slew of other medications. The medication left me basically disabled. Unable to work, unable to care for my children. I was not given informed information about what this med would do to me. I put my faith in the psychiatrist. My life deteriorated so quickly and my psych was very unwilling to take me off the medication and basically laughed at me when i voiced my concerns. I'm now in berkeley vale private hospital and the doctor thankfully has tapered me off this soul sucking medication. Have received proper information and care here. Going to Brisbane waters almost ended me. Biggest regret of my life.

My daughter was discharged from Brisbane Waters Private Hospital following an incident with another patient. A nurse called me to tell me I needed to pick her up as she was "very vulnerable" so they had decided it would be best if she wasn't on the ward. I insisted that the hospital only discharge once an appropriate care plan was in place. My daughter ended up being discharged to her GP with a list of medications and that's it! It has been a couple of months and her GP still hasn't received my daughter's discharge paperwork so does not even know what my daughter's diagnosis is. My daughter is now at another private hospital and receiving excellent care.

Was a patient there for 3 nights and was treated with so much care. The lady at the front desk when I checked in was lovely and caring. I wasn't waiting around for hours for my surgery, everything from checking in to getting ready for the theatre was done in a very timely, flowing manner.
Nursing staff taking care of me were amazing and so attentive. Being bed bound they didnt make it awkward when i had to relinquish my dignity and have sponge baths. Food was pretty good as well.....just wish i was well enough to take advantage of the morning and arvo tea cart that would come around, lol she made a good cuppa and had some pretty good cakes and biscuits.

My wife has had three admissions to this wonderful hospital over the last two years, and each one has been a great experience, although each was entirely different in nature. The first experience was with Dr Susil Stephen, psychogeriatrician, who arranged a stay in the Central Coast Clinic that totally transformed my wife’s outlook into a more positive, happy one. The next two visits were more medical in nature: pre- and post- spinal surgery, and the third stay was for pain and gait management, both under the care of Head of Geriatrics Dr Peter Lipski. On each occasion, the staff were most professional, pleasant and cheerful - from admission to care and discharge, nothing was too much trouble. There were a number of instances where we would have been at a loss if not for the assistance and understanding of the wonderful staff. Although we are reluctant to single out any particular staff member, we must mention the patience and tenacity of the ward clerk, Kerrie, in arranging and rearranging and then again rearranging an MRI appointment due to my wife’s changing circumstances. We would highly recommend BWPH to anybody requiring the highest standards of care.

I recently had an urgent operation on my elbow at the hospital and returned this morning, this time unannounced, for assistance with the dressing on the stitches. At both times, the service, help and efficiency of everyone I was involved with have been top class.
From my admission, to my operation, to follow up enquiries (received from the hospital), to the help I received today, and service overall, I can't compliment and thank the staff at the hospital, who helped and attended to me, enough.
From Janelle, with her wide smile and wonderful positive approach and help, at the front desk, and to all the wonderful medical and support staff, thank you.
From my experiences at the Brisbane Waters Private Hospital (including other  experiences there some time ago also), I can't recommend it enough.
Thank you. David.
