I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude and provide glowing feedback for Bryan Wong at the Brisbane Migraine and Headache Clinic. Over the past month, both my daughter and I have experienced a remarkable transformation in our quality of life, thanks to his exceptional care and treatment for our chronic migraines.

Bryan is not only a highly skilled professional but also a compassionate and attentive practitioner. His kind, considerate, and polite demeanour instantly put us at ease, creating a safe and supportive environment for treatment. His superb bedside manner and gentle approach were a perfect complement to his effective and targeted therapies.

Initially, I wasn’t sure if the therapy he recommended would succeed in alleviating our migraine symptoms and pain. I am delighted to say I was wrong. The treatment has been exceptional—while it may not have entirely eliminated all headaches, any we do experience are now very mild and brief, rather than ongoing and debilitating and I have not had a 'full-blown migraine' (with auras, light-sensitivity, nausea) since undertaking the treatment.

I cannot recommend both him and the Brisbane Migraine and Headache Clinic highly enough - the receptionist staff are all delightful, compassionate and helpful, too.

I have been struggling with migraines with aura, vestibular migraines and chronic headaches. I had tried triptans, injections, infusions, and acupuncture. This is the only treatment that has helped me - my photophobia is completely gone, and I haven’t had a migraine since. Seeing Doug & the team at BHMC has really changed my life, and I’m really grateful for the ongoing care and support. I used to think I had bad vertigo & I would feel dizzy and faint and light headed and nauseous all day everyday and couldn’t work, couldn’t do housework, couldn’t walk my dog, could barely stay standing to shower all because I had been walking around with an unaligned c2 &c3 in my neck due to years of bad posture and constantly hunching over at my desk at work or my head down looking at my phone all day. Migraines 2-3 times a week, constantly feeling pressure in my head and sharp pain, unable to sleep a full nights sleep, and not reacting well at all to prescription medications like valium, replax, and others. I finally got health insurance and headed into BHMC and in the 1st consultation, I was advised of a detailed diagnosis and knew I was in the right place to get help. I’d been struggling everyday for over a year with migraines, had to quit jobs, and was mentally struggling due to these physical symptoms, it was awful. I really wish i’d gone to get physio sooner! Please go and see BHMC, I have been in physio for less than 6 months (probably 10-15 appointments) and have never felt better and more stable. If you go here, try the sessions, buy the pillow, sit up straight, do the exercises, I promise you’ll be better off! Doug has been amazing & so professional, he really knows what hes doing. All the office team is lovely as well!

My headache problem has been lasting for many years and I suffer from it more frequently from the last 18 months. The quality of my life before treatment was affected tremendously. I simply couldn't enjoy lots of activities when headache attacks occur.
I started my headache treatment from the last few weeks and it has been very effective. It is very obvious to how I feel around my neck before and after the treatment. I haven't had any headache episode since.
I highly recommend this clinic and the physician named Douglas. He is courteous, gentle, very caring and most amazingly very knowledgeable and skillful. He was able to diagnose my headache issue and provide detailed explainations about my treatment plan and future preventative guidance.
I wish I had found this clinic earlier and for anyone who is suffering from headaches you should definitely give it a go.
Overall it's a nice and clean clinic, easy public transport and parking. Helpful and friendly admin staff too.

My daughter has been seeing Ariel for the last 6 months, her migraines have decreased significantly, from at least 15 a month to sometimes 2 a month, when she does get a headache now the duration of the headache is not as long. I highly recommend Ariel, she is friendly and kind, and very quick at getting back to us if needed. All the staff at the migraine clinic are always friendly and willing to help. This the first time in 4 years that we have had relief from the headaches.

I've suffered from mutliple migraines each month for the past 10 years.
In that time, I have used chiropractor's, physios, acupuncture and massage therapists but these therapies failed to provide any long term relief.
After my first appointment with David at the Brisbane Head & Migraine Clinic, he diagnosed what was causing my migraines, began treatment and provided preventative at home exercises which allowed me to have my first experience of being pain free with more than a week between migraine episodes.

Since that first appointment, the migraines episodes have been less regular and have been able to come off strong pain killers.

I cannot recommend David and the clinic enough to people who experience any type of headache - they have changed my life!
