Back and sciatic pain is a tricky business. Dr Tsahtsarlis solved two quite unusual problems successfully. I live completely pain free and have done for years now. The pain had been truely unbearable. So I am incredible grateful.

After going to this place 2 years ago for my discectomy, I am a public patient. Dr Anthony T dismissed my continuing pain and stated "3 level spinal fusion was to hard and I'm to young and to go elsewhere because they will do it" p.s im 40 and by all means not an athelete who would be restricted. I was meant to have an appointment in nov 24 got 10 mins away from an excrutiating 3 hr trip before admin rang and told me he was out of the country. This app times I was under the impression I was signing forms for a spinal fusion but he said he couldn't help me. Really, wouldn't help me. So another excruciating 6hr round trip for nothing. If you don't have the confidence to do 3 level fusion Dr Anthony T. What do you actually do? I'm outraged now however just accepted my fate. I'll be miserable and deveolp more mental health issues. Thanks for the added extra. Looking elsewhere now because he told me somone else will do it but basically has no confidence in himself to do it. Or just couldn't be bothered because I wouldn't be paying him. The gov does give you money. Just saying.

In 2014 I had a ependymona removed from my spinal cord and had no ill effects. Damian is a true miracle worker as my prognosis prior to surgery was quite frightening. Thanks again damian

Dr. Rob Campbell and the team at the Brisbane Clinical Neuroscience Centre provided exceptional care for my fiance, Sam, during his back surgery. When Sam's back pain became unbearable, Dr. Campbell quickly identified the ruptured disc and scheduled the surgery promptly. His expertise and reputation gave us immense confidence, and the results have been life-changing—Sam's back pain is completely gone. We are incredibly grateful to Dr. Campbell and the entire team for their professionalism, care, and support throughout the process and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of specialised spinal care.

Don't go here if you're a public patient you feel like gum on someone's shoe and and a pain for them to deal with when all you want is someone to listen and they just hang up on you then tell the doctor your rude and now you're not allowed to be operated at that hospital again youre pushed to another hospital because the staff don't know how to pick up a phone and say sorry or have an ounce of empathy for what you're going through. When you get through to the public line they transfer you to the private rooms and the staff are lovely and look things up for you next minute your transfered to the practice manager who yells at and tells you never to call back from now on I'm recording all my phone calls.

The other hospital they referred me to was okay I spoke to a lovely doctor then he said he was going to confirm the surgery with the consultant. He comes in discusses briefly how I should get the surgery blah blah but then says "I know who you are" I said "I beg your pardon" he the goes into a rant on how me complaining to the ombudsman about how Dr Chau treated me caused his office to have to have an audit and he wouldn't operate on me cause he was upset about the audit and the drama I cause them. He also said he read all my private emails i sent. If I didn't already know they lie to the ombudsman and hospital I'd report him too but it's caused me so much stress and depression I have decided living with no disc and my bones rubbing together would be easier than talking to these people. I was so distressed I didn't get his name but I think it was Tony and he had a lump on his tongue he kept sticking out and spitting everywhere so if you see a doctor like that at this place or public at the PA ask for another doctor immediately.

Response to your reply - strange if you have not record of me how has one of your doctor's Ive never met in my life read private emails sent to this clinic and if you'd read my review you'd be aware the hospital where I was public kept transfering me to this awful clinic. On top of that the second public hospital I got transfered to another doctor from your clinic refused me treatment due to my complaints about your clinic. I'd say you have a pretty big file on me.

How about you just apologise for your treatment of me that's all I've ever asked.

Had a microdiscectomy with Dr. Anthony Chau. Amazing experience from start to finish, friendly reception staff, quickly booked surgery and then a great surgical experience followed by a private room and good after care. Very happy and highly reccomend Dr. Chau and the team at BCNC.

Doctor was taking the piss and assuming I was new to my injury, the admin and correspondence is awful. As far as I can see the entire concept is about financial and not the patient.

Dr. Chau literally laughed at me and my 3.5mm from 13mm stenosis, thinking my pain levels aren’t real and just words, Real professional!!!!

I strongly advise to find alternate surgeons that actually seem to not just want money.
