I had a great experience here today, staff were all lovely and super helpful. Dr Michael Edwards
Was a pleasure to deal with. My first time here today as my regular doctor elsewhere had to cancel my recent check up appointment and I would be more than happy to come back here again. Super quick service and on time. Very friendly and I’d highly recommend coming to this practice located right in the CBD. A very convenient location, not far from central station. Thanks for the great service 🙂

The sound quality was terrible, I mentioned this twice, combined with how rushed the call was made it very unpleasant. I had to regularly ask the Dr to repeat what had been said as the words were incomprehensible. I don’t care that the call was late, but I feel like the company shouldn’t be putting doctors under so much pressure they cant take time to speck clearly and explain during the consultation. The phone call was eight minutes and would have been shorter for them if they had 1. Better quality headset. 2. Slowed down and not had to repeat so much.

I’ve been a patient at Brisbane City Doctors Precinct for about five years, and while I’ve seen several great and attentive doctors, Dr. Cheong is the one I always try to book with. She’s so compassionate and she genuinely cares about you as a person. She is a great listener who makes you feel heard, understood and supported. I've never felt more comfortable or cared for at a doctor's appointment than with her.

Went online at 1am and secured an appointment for later that day. No waiting time at the clinic and the doctor I saw was friendly, thorough and treatment worked as prescribed. Very reasonable pricing. I’m from interstate so don’t have a regular doctor in Brisbane. I would happily use this service again if I’m in town and have need.
