I am writing this review from a 1st time experience.
This practice has nice staff and doctors, a great location in Morisset house, and its pretty easy to book to see a doctor, but its very annoying that they can't be more on time.
In any case, the layout of the practice is good, with seating out front of each of the doctors' rooms.
The practice is open 8am-8pm Mon-Fri and 9am-3pm Saturdays. It is closed on Sundays.

My first time at this practice was a great experience. I found the staff to be professional and friendly, and the Doctor was very thorough and knowledgeable. She really took the time to answer any of my questions and make me feel comfortable.

I am not on any social media and do not even support its existence. I don't know how to extend the courtesy of expressing appreciation for the quality of the health support the practice delivers and stay out of the reach of social media. However I am alive and the professional aspect of my health is in excellent hands. The Quality of my care is in such good hands that I have even recommended my doctor to valued friends.

First time here and had a great experience with Dr Keerthana Yoga-Nathan, she really tried to cover all my concerns and was very committed to help me and listen to me. I felt really grateful that she didn't underestimate the little issues and take her time with me.

Zero empathy from the urgent care receptionist was the stark contrast to the outstanding medical care at this clinic.

I've been a regular patient at this clinic, and the doctors and medical staff are consistently excellent. However, my recent experience with the urgent care receptionist was disappointing. I brought my two young children, one of whom needed to see a doctor. Since there were no doctors available, we were directed to urgent care.

Unfortunately, the urgent care receptionist was unhelpful and lacked empathy from the start. Her communication style was abrupt and made the situation more stressful. Despite being triaged quickly, we had to wait for three hours, which was difficult for the children and exhausting for me, especially after a sleepless night caring for my sick child.

While the medical care here is outstanding, the reception staff can be hit or miss. It's crucial to have a compassionate and understanding front desk team to match the high quality of the medical services provided.
