Great staff,very friendly ,helpful and quick response to patients request.Although a mixed billing clinic but the out of pocket fee are still much cheaper compared to other clinics.Recommended clinic !

All the 1 star reviews for this medical practice are completely accurate. Very rude receptionist and uncaring lazy doctor who does bare minimum investigation of chronic illness. Had she have done her job the tumours on my thyroid would have been discovered a year sooner.

Reception staff clearly do not want to work there. As a fellow medical professional, calling about a professional enquiry, the woman who answered the phone was entirely disinterested in helping me. She barely said three words, mostly grunting and saying “yep”. It took me much longer to get, what should have been a very quick answer, than necessary, as she did not want to clearly respond to my question. Perhaps some additional training is required in customer service, and how to act in a professional capacity, rather than speaking like a bored teenager. I would lose my job over such an attitude.

Save yourself stress and a horrible experience and AVOID THIS PRACTICE.
Receptionist is unhelpful, rude, any questions you have is met with contempt and attitude. You are charged on top of your medicare based on duration of consultation. Under 20 minutes is $60 and longer than that is $110+. Doctor Gabriel is cold and as fast as a glacier. Every bad review is justified. Please don't come here!

Dr Adaeze Emezie has consistently been pleasant, reassuring, patient, empathic and a real pleasure to deal with. She has been very thorough, listens to my concerns and explains any issues in such a manner that makes me feel reassured of her professionalism. I understand that each person is different and some may require more time with Dr Emezie, so I am happy to wait to see her as I know she is just as thorough with me as other patients. I have seen her for many years during that time I haven’t experienced any abruptness or feeling that she’s too rushed to hear my concerns. Such a lovely doctor who treats me with the care that I deserve, the best.

The receptionist had a very unprofessional attitude, didn't answer my questions, kept doing her work, and had very awful behaviour. I strongly request her to quit her job if she doesn't like her job. Or she has to change her behaviour if she wants to continue her job. I never visited there again.

Went in for a medical certificate and asked the receptionist if it’s possible to see a doc about it. All she did was shake her head. No explanations of why. She continued to shake her head as I questioned her further. So unprofessional and rude! If you don’t enjoy your job then please do everyone a favour and just quit. It’s sad enough having to go see a doc while you’re sick but then to also meet someone that’s supposed to help you in such a negative mood just makes it worst
