I wouldn’t go anywhere else! I’m reluctant to share this as I don’t want her getting anymore popular than she already is, but Dr Elizabeth Smith is incredible. She is a caring, kind, trustworthy and compassionate doctor that goes above and beyond for me every appointment. I am always happy to trust my health and medical needs in the hands of Dr Smith! The reception staff are absolutely lovely. They are always accomodating and super fast in responding to your queries. Overall incredible practice and can’t reccomend highly enough. Thanks team!! 😊🩷

Amazing I couldn't get into see my own doctor in an emergency last week they looked around and got me an appointment with another doc as soon as possible. In other situations they've given me advice, even gone to the trouble of asking if I could fit in between some patients for I quick consult. They go out of their way to help people and I'm very grateful for everything they've helped me with because it was a pretty scary time last week in an emergency and they put my mind to rest by the getting someone to see me for the situation I had. On one single occasion I arrived late to my appointment (15 minutes) so the Dr refused to see me (even though they have previously made me wait up to 45 minutes on many occasions). I was then forced to pay a $50 fee before I could rebook.

In addition the clinic has lost a number of their doctors without replacing them, so they classify you as a new patient and won't see you even though you have been attending there for years.

I understand there are pressures on GP clinics, however I find this very inappropriate. They are in a position of power, exploiting and profiteering off people who are in a vulnerable situation.

I have been seeing Dr Smith for about 15 years now. Liz works with you to achieve good health and problem solving to get you on the road to wellness. A truly genuine, caring and efficient doctor who is both professional and personable in her approach. I am so grateful to have Liz as my General Practitioner and would feel lost without her looking after me. And the admin staff are always friendly, helpful and efficient.

I have always found the Brightwater Practice to be on top of things; very professional and easy to deal with. The nurses & receptionists treat you with respect and are very obliging. The doctors have been attentive at all times and treat your health as a matter of priority. I would recommend this practice to anyone looking for a family doctor.

Very friendly & caring practice. Great Drs, nurses & reception. Dr numbers been down lately but the other Drs try to accommodate all patients. Personalised approach and great care provided by these Drs.
