Poor communication . Informed taking new patients. Filled in all the forms only to then be informed not taking any new clients. Waste of time.

I have been a patient of this practice for the last 5 years and Dr Liz has been my GP for that time. She is professional, proficient and a very caring person. My family also attend Brightside and see Dr Liz and Dr Brian and have nothing but praise. The wait is a couple of weeks and that is evidence of just how in demand they are and perhaps the in demand nature of general practice these days. But there have been times when I was fortunate to be able to secure an on the day appointment or be on the cancellation list. The reception staff are always friendly and willing to assist. RN Van is also amazing and an asset. The community is very fortunate to have two GPs and a clinic so dedicated to their patients.

I honestly cannot recommend Elizabeth and Brian highly enough. If I could give 10 stars, I would! Caring, patient-centred, and dedicated - everything that they do is in your best interest. I received an update on my son's CT scan report following a fall when he hit his head - at 11pm!! Sure, it can be hard to schedule appointments and the wait may be long sometimes, but for me, it is totally worth it. It depends on what you value. I value a genuine doctor-patient relationship where the doctor truly cares about you, and if I have to wait, so be it. I have been to my fair share of bulk-billed, same-day appointment clinics - truly, the service you receive in such clinics are bulk-billed and same-day for a reason. These days it is not easy to find special doctors like Elizabeth and Brian - thank you both for being so amazing.

Whilst Liz and Brian are wonderful and caring, they are completely inept at managing their appointments.
Multiple times in the last 12 months I’ve had to wait for over an hour to see them. Well, three - four weeks to get an appointment and then an hour to sit in their waiting area.
I understand that some patients may need a little extra time and care and appointments can run over occasionally, but it’s now simply the norm for this clinic.
If your standard of care is all encompassing perhaps less daily appointments would be more practical? Or is it greed for the $ with zero regard for your patients time?
Best wishes to the practice (and staff who are amazing ) and thanks for looking after my family since you opened, but I’d rather not need blood pressure meds and a half day off work simply to see you.

What a great bunch of staff! From reception who were warm and engaging to the doctors who were tentative and thorough. Our lil boy was sick and we managed to get a Saturday appointment-they took very good care of him. It definitely wasn’t your zip in and zip out style like other medical centres were they churn out patients non-stop. An incredible inviting place with caring staff.
We will be back-this will be where our family goes.

Brian and Liz are both such fantastic and caring doctors. They never rush you and really take the time to understand your issue. They are both so thorough and provide a high quality service.The nursing staff are also very lovely and considerate.

Doctors and staff are all fantastic, but now getting an appointment is impossible. I really wish they put a cap on taking new clients in. Have had to move the whole family to another clinic now, which has been a frustrating process.

I visited Dr Elizabeth Nguyen for the first time yesterday and highly recommend her. She took the time to go through all my medical history, is very knowledgeable and professional, as well as friendly and down-to-earth. The two nurses that I saw were also fantastic, as was the receptionist.
This is the best medical practice I have ever been to. The premises are also modern and clean.
