Your practice has always been held in high regard by the Cumming Family.
We were very disappointed that we had to find alternative medical practices due to our inability to pay at yours.
We depend heavily on Bulk Billing unfortunately.
However my wife’s visit this morning(Tue 24Feb 2025) was very pleasant due to the professional and courteous attention given.
I’ll make some Enquiries with a view to re visiting your practice some time In the future.

I have been to Brighton medical Centre quite a few times. I had a phone consultation with one of the doctors where he put the wrong name on the referral. I then called up a few months later and asked for the referral to be changed to the correct name full. The doctor no longer worked there so I had to speak to another doctor. When I spoke to the reception staff they said it could be bulk build but it's up to the doctor. I was on the phone for Under 2 minutes they didn't ask me any medical questions they just got the doctor's name and sent the referral. They then charged me $96. I would not recommend this clinic I would not recommend the doctors.

I’ve seen Dr maiden for close to 4 years now,
She is highly professional knowledgeable and compassionate always provides me with the best care and is always happy and helpful.

Admin are very friendly easy to speak to and it’s close to the water for a coffee after.

I have been going to Brighton Medical Centre for a number of years. Dr Bianca Maiden is a very through and polite doctor that looks after her and cares for her patients. I love the care i get from all the staff at this surgery.

I have been coming to that medical centre for 7 years or more. The staff at the counter is always very welcoming and accommodating, the doctors good listeners. There is the human touch one needs when sick.

Having attended this clinic for many years, it has been frustrating to try to make an appointment and be offered one in 2 months time. Phone appointments are offered but unless all you want is a script, phone appts are useless.
There needs to be more GPs for the local community to access regular health care.
We have been forced to find alternative doctors and now travel to see another GP. Locum GPs that don't know your medical history err on the side of caution and patient care is lacking.

Dr Maiden is a pleasure to deal with, always happy and shows genuine concern, mixed with some humour. Nothing seems to be an issue and always smiling.
