I experienced the same thing. I decided to walk in since its the closest to our house and my son is having bladder infection. I went in and asked the old lady at the front and she told me that 1. There is no GP there @. They don't take new patient. Luckily, another younger receptionist that happens to be getting something from the file cabinet and told her that they have indeed have Doctors there. She tried to deny it and said that I misheard her. Haven't been back since. The worst clinic Ive ever been in.

If you want to make an appointment for the first time they will tell you that they are not taking new patients. This is the first time I hear of something like that in the GP practice. So what is the point of being online and advertising.
