I had some tests for a diabetes check-up [ and because I am now "old"]. The nurse really knew her job. Mia was efficient, super gentle and friendly.
Then, my Doctor. I love my visits to Doctor Olivier. I can see him when I'm a snivelling wreck and he will always make me laugh.
The receptionists are very experienced. They're also easy to talk to and sort out an appointment for me.
I recommend Brighton Beach Medical Centre to anyone who will listen, they are a great TEAM.

Excellent service. Kind, helpful reception on the front desk. Anticipating my needs. Dr E was the most caring and understanding dr I have ever encountered. Time was not an issue, she listened to my needs and devised a forward plan with care and confidence.

Dr Tariq didn't even touch my kid and gave medical clearance certificate just because she was unsettled when I came to him for my daughters' history of febrile convulsion and needed an action plan from him. He briefly talked and made us wait outside and nurse sent us home. The nurse and receptionist were amazing. I understand PCH had not yet sent them discharge letter yet but...Am I wrong to feel the GP should have at least checked my kid when I have said she has ear infections, complex febrile convulsions and rhinoenterovirus positive? I feel he should have discussed about the anti-seizure medication she was suppose to take. I am struggling to find a good GP. Dr Kevin was amazing GP.

The doctors I've seen are good, but the time you have to wait in the waiting room is far too long, usually half an hour, sometimes 45 mins, even if you get a 9am appt. The wait times are not just occasionally, it's every time a family member visits the doctor. We see two doctors, same long wait times.

Really pleased to have found Brighton Beach Medical, after my previous Dr moved out of the area. I have a chronic health issue and Dr Tammy Walters has been super, she is genuinely interested in my well-being and has made me feel very well looked after. Reception are always friendly and welcoming too

We have been searching for a new GP after finding our old one of many years too difficult to get to due to his location. After trying several different practices in this area we have finally found that this practice & in particular Dr Rod really do take a genuine interest in our health.
Reception staff are always friendly & helpful & nursing staff friendly & efficient.

BBMC canceled my pre-booked appointment just a couple of hours before it was scheduled. I needed to take the day off work, but the receptionist refused to let me speak to a doctor, as I required a doctor's certificate for my absence. Additionally, the receptionist's attitude made it seem like she was unwilling to help, which is not appropriate for a family practice that should prioritize the well-being of its patients..

Today was very disappointing with my husbands interaction with the reception. His doctor got him to do a sample and sad quite clearly. That, if it's busy where you hand in your sample please hand to the receptionist. And, as it was very busy he tried to hand it to the receptionist. She was not at all happy and would not take it and said he must wait to hand it in himself. So, his question is. Who do you listen to? The doctor or the receptionist
