Not impressed with the behaviour management procedures and lack of compassion for a child who is in the middle of trying to get diagnosed. I am in no way saying my son’s behaviour was great but a little support for a child who was quite clearly struggling would have been nice. When coming forward with these concerns I was pretty much shrugged off as if it didn’t matter. The educators were all lovely but I just think they need more behaviour management training. I have since pulled my son out and he is thriving at this new early education service

We’ve overall had a really positive experience at Bright Steps over the last 6 months. The educators have all been so welcoming and seem to genuinely care about our child (with a special mention for Lee), with some who aren’t typically looking after his room taking the time to get to know him too. He loves his time there and even doesn’t want to leave some days. Would have given it 5 stars but our orientation experience was a little rocky. My feedback would be a little more guidance for first time daycare parents would go a long way at alleviating some of the stress of this transition!

If you feel like you need a supportive group of people to help care for your child, this is it! So much kindness and structure and growth for your little ones. I love how the management leads. The Educators are thoughtful and well equipped. We haven't had any trouble being heard and assisted. Thanks so much Beresfield Bright Steps. Indeed grateful.

Our Child attended Bright Steps Beresfield for 18 months. We couldn’t be happier with the educators and the facilities at Bright Steps. Our child learnt so much whilst in care and it was amazing to see him build connections with other children and educators. The staff were always encouraging , friendly and polite.
I would definitely recommend Bright Steps Academy.

We attended the bright steps open day today! The staff are so beautiful & welcoming! The centre director Nikki was so warm & welcoming! The centre is beautifully set up, with lots of engaging activities for our tiny learners!
