I am always met with extremely professional, yet warm staff at Bridgetown Medical Group. The waiting space they have created is comfortable and provides all manner of information on increasing your health and well-being, as well as how to access other services. I hear staff speaking on the phone to (I assume other patients), and I am impressed by their confidentiality (so important anywhere, but especially in a small town), compassion and ability to go the extra mile to accommodate.
Without exception all the medical staff I have seen for myself or for my children have listened and been thorough with their care and treatment.
I couldn’t recommend Bridgetown Medical Group more highly.

I would like to share my experience of attending the Bridgetown Medical Group to get a medical subscription, the receptionist was very polite & professional. On seeing the doctor, he was very professional & a down to earth & happy type person & quickly provided me my required subscription, (an ongoing item that I had run out of). So it’s a 10 out of 10 for me attending this surgery
