Really poor communication from the gastro team.
Referrals not send when they said it would be sent.
I consider the consolation incomplete after 12 months.
I would use a different gastro service.

The Bridges Health Clinic on level 7 would have to be the best medical centre teams I have ever come across. Their phone manner is exceptional, they are very accommodating to our special requests and in person... well, they really are a bunch of lovely people.

Dr. Fariha Balouch is also a very impressive specialist. She had a lovely bedside manner with my children. The information she educated me on was a worthwhile investment. Our discussions flowed easily as she explained everything in a way that I could understand. I felt at ease when Dr Balouch spoke about the holistic picture surrounding my children's other medical issues and lifestyles. It was relieving to have a professional who could finally help me put the pieces of their puzzles together. I look forward to moving forward with Dr. Balouch. Even if it only means ruling things out, I have a deep sense of trust in her care for my children.
