Was in and out last night within 35 minutes. Very efficient. Dr Smyth was thorough and really cares about his patients. Such a good alternative to going to hospital late at night !

I called to get my dad in as he had shingles across his face and eye and was in extreme pain. His regular Dr didn't have available appointments and he couldn't seem to get in anywhere else. I phoned Bridges (as my regular GP is part of the practice) and the receptionist was so helpful and said if he gets here within 15 minutes we will get him straight in to see a dr. Sure enough, he got there and literally went straight in. Great service, everyone was very caring and friendly and my dad got the medication he needed for Shingles.

Visited Sun 20.08, called ahead and was advised 2 waiting, so gave it 15 minutes then left. Arrived to find an empty waiting room and pretty much went straight in with 2 sick teenagers. Dr Young was excellent, very thorough (and receptionist good too). Expensive but much better than emergency or waiting till Monday. Recommended

I was very unwell and couldn’t get into anywhere. This was a great option I am very thankful for. I called and the receptionist was very helpful and explained how it all worked. There was only 2 ahead of me and I didn’t have to wait long. The Dr was really understanding and thorough and helped to get me sorted quickly. Yes you do have to pay but these people are also giving up their Saturday nights to be there till 10.30pm and I think that charging for that service is fair. All round a good experience.

I have had multiple good experiences at this service, the GP I saw this afternoon was amazing and caring and receptionist helpful.

I always call ahead before driving over, once turned up to find it shut despite being within opening hours. The only thing is the appointment cost would be prohibitive for many at $120 upfront with a $60 or less rebate.

Paramedic recommended coming here as ED was apparently chockers. Receptionist was great, explained everything to us clearly. GP was lovely and professional. There was a wait, but that's normal and it was way less than we would've had at ED.

Showed up at 945 on a Thursday with an aching ear infection (website and sign clearly states closing at 1030) was ignored at the locked door, having to knock to be addressed. Once the doors opened the receptionist rudely muttered that they werent taking anymore clients despite there being 2 people in the waiting room. All I wanted was antibiotics. Wouldn’t recommend.

I was seen very quickly over the Easter long weekend. The doctor was very kind and helpful. There was next to no where else to go other than ED, or a Telehealth appointment, so this place was much needed. Only downside is the cost, this is expected for the after hours service however.
