Maybe the worst Toyota Service Centre in Australia. I am a reasonable person with an honest review, comparing many other service centres I've been to. Terrible customer service over the counter. They don't even try to repair what you specifically booked it in for and say they ran out of time and found nothing There seems to be no communication between the workshop and the customer. They rotated my tyres without even looking at them ( a blind man could tell that they were just rotated). They have no customer service skills and expect you to just grin and bare it and pay without any sort of explanation of what they've actually done on the vehicle. Twice I have had to coax information out of them just to figure why I am paying for something they never fixed or it seems even attempted to. I had 200 series booked in today and left 5 minutes later with my car and advised them that I won't ever be returning. None of the useless blokes behind the counter even showed any sort of care. I am not surprised that there are so many bad reviews for this useless, circus. Mr Toyota would be ashamed of this joint.

We went to Toyota to hopefully trade in our ute and purchase a new car
We were greeted by a young man , Zaf
Zaf was not pushy at all and was very helpful showing us cars that were available. We purchased a car dealing with Zaf for the whole Toyota experience. Zaf had a lovely mannerism and was both friendly and competent. He was always only a phone call away to help or advise . If in the future we wanted another new car we would definitely hope to be able to deal through Zaf again. Thanks Zaf and Toyota for the positive car buying experience

Thanks so much Toyota palmerston. Rob was excellent and help me through getting the car which I love. It took us an year to get this toyota fourtuner and yes this was a success. What I wanted I have it 4 wheeldrive with 7 seater cruise collision control. Space and the air conditioner is awesome also the Hester too. We have driven about 7000k now in 6 months

Hi guys

I had the car accident on 15 December 2023.. I was hit from the right side of the car while the car was behind me
The Ute hit the car and the Impact was the right side of the tyre got pushed in and it was busted. Headlights bonnet up and thr key were not responding to the boot. We couldn't open the boot as it got stuck so we force open to get the stuff. Later I have to close manual but it not responding. I couldn't lock the car as the boot was reading as open. There was a blue liquid in a small canister came off but don't know what it is

The good thing about this fortuner when I got hit we didn't feel much just loud band and steering wheel pushed towards me. The car once got hit the computer system start to beep and saying collision hit contact the nearest service center. Am so happy that the built of toyota is so strong that we didn't got smashed.

Sad part is that the insurance company budget direct decided to fix it even told them I am.scared to drive the car bec of the way it could hit and the boot malfunction. My biggest fear is if the boot automatically opens while .driving on dirt road. It is 6 months Carnot fixed they waiting on part
The been kept in open yard since the accident in alicespring. Due to the weather the car looks it is about a. Century old. Paint faded, ants in the car, carpet looks old and smelly, rust started to build and God knows what else it is happening to the car. The budget direct didn't put the car in enclosed area

Attach is the picture how it looks from outside but Inside I can't. I know there are further rusting happening
Just wondering of you guys have or k ow an independent assesor who cam assess the car know with current accident and further damage. I would like the car replace.

Anyone who knows about the car can tell me what the resale value of this car is after what it been through.

I am so upset and angry with budget direct how they have treated the car. Hope you guys can send them to the head office and they can advise about the safety and resale value
