My husband went here last month to get a little scab on his ear checked. The doctor took one look and said quite dismissively ‘No, it looks fine. Just keep an eye on it and come back in a year.’ Hubby has had a few cancerous scabs cut out of his face over the years so it didn’t feel right and got a second opinion. The next doctor said straight away ‘Yes, that’s a squamous cancer’ and burnt it off. Due to the little flesh on your ears they spread really quickly which made us even more angry about the dismissive tone of the Dr at Bribie! They are playing with peoples lives by not taking things like this seriously! Not impressed!

Been going to Bribie skin cancer clinic for a number of years with no complaints staff are always friendly and I know I'm getting the best treatment. Excellent service. Went again recently 2025 for my check up still the same excellent service as always. Would recommend them to anyone wanting a skin check.

From beginning to end I was extremely satisfied with the way Bribie Skin Clinic manages the centre. Dr Cassandra Faris was curteous, efficient and did an amazing job with excising the BCC on my nose. The receptionist was happy, chatty and organised. The care nurses answered any and all of questions I posed in a very friendly, cheerful manner. I would highly recommend them.

Dr Faris performed my skin check, biopsy and removal of BCC. She thoroughly explained what both procedures involved and both she and her medical assistant explained follow-up care procedures and action to take in the event of an emergency. I would happily return to this clinic.

I had to have a BCC taken off my ear. The lady doctor just cut the area out instead of a flap repair. I was told 7 days later after receiving the lab report she got it all only to be told 2 hours later I had to come back as they didnt get it all. I went to a plastic surgeon and realised the ear is complicated and should never be attempted by a Skin clinic type clinic

Dr Faris had to remove 2 BCC from my nose and i couldn't be more happier, excellent job can barely tell, , on follow up treatment i collapsed on floor and had 4 nurses running after me and they were exceptional and i can not praise highly enough.

Appalling. Do not put your lives in the hands of these people. My body was checked over in less than two minutes flat. I have lots of freckles all over my body. In my opinion, this style of rushed examination is an absolute disgrace. Doctors and staff should be ashamed of themselves. Take my $70.
