We have been patients of Dr Lee Grayson for some years now and find him a very good listener and attentive to our needs. He is an amazing doctor. Chantelle his receptionist from the original practise is also amazing and ensures that all goes well. She is a very caring and efficient person who goes way above what is expected I know that if I have an emergency health issue that she will get me in to see a doctor. Thank you both for keeping us on top of our health issues.

Worse thing they have done moving to that new centre in the most busiest place on Bribie also not sure they know what’s going on. Such a rabbit warren and they have lost that personal touch. My appointments keep being changed and they keep saying it’s wrong . So hopeless dealing with them since they moved. Have changed to another medical centre now.

I’m hoping they’re watching the Reception Staff now I’ve been going there for years and since Jess sadly left the newbies are making decisions for you before seeing the doctor …sending information to the incorrect places and giving me none at all for my Care Provider …personally..
The cracks are starting to show so I hope they stop being abrupt listen and explain things …never had issues at all until the new team has hit the desk …not happy out there anymore…
The move to the new place has killed this place off ….ITS A MAD HOUSE LUCKY TO GET 3 minutes with a doctor and with severe issues best go ELSEWHERE 🤔

Absolutely appalling behaviour from receptionists, mainly one in particular. No care for patients, arrived in not a good way, due to no meds, and was on my way to having a seizure. They had no duty of care. Said their doctors were busy. Even though one was standing behind them being nosey, with his cup of tea. Very rude. And was shown the door. All while holding composure. This clinic is run by the worst employees, doctors in the sector. They then sent me a letter saying i was not allowed back there, being a new patient. I would not want to go back there. And thank goodness I found my beautiful written up notes from my past doctors, which unfortunately don't practise on Bribie no more. RECEPTIONIST NEED TO GO

We have been attending this practice for many years and now travelling around Australia we thankfully still have access to their practice. These guys are fabulous from the receptionists, the nurses and the doctors. Thank you for everything.

Great Doctors I’ve followed Dr Peter Jones who now resides on the Island from his previous practice and he is one of the best. He has relieved the arthritis pain in my knees immensely and is a very friendly happy no nonsense GP.
The Reception Staff and Nurses are super friendly and very helpful working under a lot of pressure but always smile and greet you in the most wonderful way ..DR Jones will enhance this Practice even more so I can highly recommend it with no exceptions.
Parking is good as well and easy to access for people like me with walking issues ...
Highly Recommended!!!!!!!?
