Our family has used this practice for quite some time and we have always had wonderful care. Dr Hall (currently on leave at time of writing) is fantastic and always takes her time with appointments and never makes you feel rushed or as though she isn't listening. We also see Dr Harry and he is also really great. He is wonderful with our young kids and like Dr Hall, takes his time and really listens to what you are saying.
-Only giving 4 out of 5 starts as there is often a decent wait time, and some of the reception staff are not overly welcoming at times.
Overall a lovely clinic with great doctors.

Very disappointed with them, myself having heart and lung disease together with asthma and the cold weather is playing havoc with my breathing, and on top of it all I have been very broke, explained to reception of my current position, and asking for a prescription for my ventolin to be repeated and picked up, but got flatly refused. Was told that I had to see the doctor for any repeat. Not sure I'm going to worry any more.

Grumpy. When I asked for my medical records following a stillbirth, they told me I had to give them a CD so they could burn it onto it. Turns out the USB drive on their hard drive wasn’t working. So I wasted a heap of time trying to find a CD then a CD-rom to get the file from. Something which could’ve been easy, made difficult.

Almost always at least 30 minutes late. I had a doctor take my measurements and tell me I was obese even though it didn’t apply to anything we were currently discussing.
