To the amazing ladies at Southport thank you, with the hugest thanks to the lady there who held my hand (so sorry for not catching your name, blind panic does that I guess) and then came out to my car and tackled the largest wolf spider on the planet that had been running around my windscreen as I drove there! I am now at the car wash getting the team to clean my car…all my belongings out on the pavement whilst I have cake to calm my nerves! Thank you, you really went above and beyond.

First time l've visited this place and from the moment l walked in the staff were so nice then had to have a few other things done and every staff member from nusre to radiologist were so caring and made you feel at ease. Thank you so much to all the staff, you do an amazing job.

What a change in service it was nine years since my last scan as I was really put off by two of the staff at Helensvale branch and the radiologist really hurt me so I avoided ever having it done again.
I met one of the ladies at an event and gave her my feedback and she suggested to come in again so I did and had the scan done well the staff made me feel relaxed and the radiologist was so gentle with me. Next time I will not leave it so long as I have no fear now as it was a good experience knowing they worked as a team.

This is a difficult one to review as I have different feedback for each 3 visits to Southport. First visit - technician was lovely as was reception but other staff were bickering between themselves within earshot. Second visit - technician again lovely but reception not so welcoming. Recent visit - reception was professional but indifferent & technician gave me the impression she didn't want to be there. This is a much needed service but I think sometimes staff forget how important it is to be welcoming & pleasant - no matter how they're feeling on the day.

The nurses, support staff volunteers Doctors and technicians were all gorgeous. Had all the procedures done, and was well looked after. Those nurses hustle!! Don’t be scared of a call back. comfortable waiting area... bring a cardi, lots of mags there to read and ladies to talk to.

Having my original mammogram at Burleigh I was called back for further investigations at Southport.
Being called back is a worrying time but the ladies/ doctors are amazingly caring and made my time there stress free and actually enjoyable.
I cannot thank them all enough for time spent with me, what a group of wonderful people.
I was lucky with my diagnosis, found early before it had time to get nasty.
Please ladies don’t hesitate to get your mammogram done regularly and you too can be lucky to meet with these special, caring people
