Great clients and front line staff. Dishonest upper management. Zero training, minimal induction, admin staff acting out of scope and breaching client confidentiality. Childish responses from director when addressing concerns.
Just another profit org gouging NDIS funding by paying staff home care rates meant for aged care clients receiving home care packages, whilst receiving the higher rate of NDIS funding.
Avoid if you would like to be treated with honesty and respect.

Director came to my house, I needed a social worker and a financial and daily planning assistant. He told me he'd put me in touch with two psychologists one a support worker and the other a support worker then admitted he hadn't read the NDIS plan at all.
