Not really happy sharing an experience with the entire receptionist area, due to the receptionist trying to prove to me that she was all over the procedures of conditions related to the use of the DVA Gold card. She was incorrect in relation to its use but so fit to argue the point anyway. My suggestion is! Get updated on information that I have been using for 2 years. Was not happy

Been here twice and both experiences were as bad as each other. My daughter had her 6month immunisations and it took the admin 3months to update her immunisation record with medicare which delayed her enrolment. Then they tried to blame it on our previous practice? Gave them benefit of the doubt and booked another walk-in appointment for me and my daughter a couple of months later (specifically told them that i needed a medical clearance for both of us to get back to work/daycare after having a cold- covid tested negative) only to be called on the day of the appointment and told it can only be an over the phone consultation for my daughter and that a clearance wasn't garaunteed because it was only a phone consultation... I dont know how i could of gotten confirmation for both of our walk in appointments three days earlier and then told something completely different day of appointment so i cancelled and booked with our old dr who gladly fit us in.

I found the admin side rude and not at all helpful compared to other practices. Would rather travel 30min to our old dr then 5minutes to this place. Im giving the one star to the one nurse that gave my daughter the immunisation ‍♀️

Recently started seeing Dr Demmocks here. The surgery is very clean and professionally ran. Dr Demmocks is one of the most professional medical practitioners I have seen. Our consultation was empathetic and not rushed. Highly recommend.
