If i could give 0 stars i would. The Dr’s are great. Poor admin process. How is it possible that the few times i book to come here, its a minimum 60 minute wait/past my original appointment time. I am currently writing this review as I’m 62 minutes over my original appointment. Ive been “the next to go in”, when 4 people have gone in before me, when they walked in 20-40minutes after i arrived here. What a joke.

I recently visited the clinic and was disappointed by the level of service. The front desk staff ( Karen) spoke to me in a disrespectful tone and even raised her voice when I asked questions about my appointment. This made the experience stressful rather than supportive, which is not what I expect from a healthcare provider. I hope the clinic prioritises staff training to ensure patients feel comfortable and respected. I hope the clinic take this feedback seriously and make necessary changes to improve patients interactions.

My usual doctors are sick/away so I had no choice but to see another attending doctor.. so I can get some antibiotics as i am really feeling unwell. Instead he suggested I grab antihistamines from the chemist. I’m getting worse after 2 days, rebooking to see my doctor. It shuldnt be this hard just wanting to stay well. I had to skip half a day of work just to do this again! It’s so so frustrating.. and upsetting and a waste of time. Every appointment.. you need to allow a 25-30 mins wait too (regardless of what your appointment time are) 😫😫

I visited Brandon Park Medical Centre and had a disappointing experience with the reception staff. While I understand that emergencies take priority, there was a complete lack of communication about delays. I had to repeatedly inquire about wait times, but reception was unable to provide any updates or alternatives.

The interaction with the receptionist Karen was particularly frustrating. When my wife asked her to lower her voice, as she was speaking loudly, Karen dismissively responded, "That's my tone." At one point, she even said, "What do you expect if your husband comes here in a life-threatening condition?"—a completely unprofessional and unnecessary remark.

The doctors are excellent. The receptionists are very helpful but need to space out the apts more. Wait times are very long regardless of appointment times (1+hrs) but that’s possibly because there is no out-of-pocket for bulk billing. Only catch, if u haven’t been in over 12mths, there is a $90 fee.

Waiting time is over 1 hour despite having an appointment system. It’s fascinating how they don’t increase their treatment times as delays appear to be reoccurring. A 30min and below wait time is understandable for a GP clinic, not over 1 hour, which appears to be a regular occurrence. It’s disrespectful to people and their commitments whether it’s child care, work etc. Receptionists do not provide warnings for delays.

0 stars. Terrible terrible terrible do not come unless you have no choice. The receptionist overbooks on purpose so every appointment is delayed and the waiting time is just ridiculous. If you're actually sick please go somewhere else. We waited so long with someone that was really sick, feeling faint and nauseous but made to wait for more than an hour. One doctor had moved through his appointments quickly but we were not allowed to change to him for some unknown reason. The doctor we had to wait for stayed with a patient for 45 whole minutes and it's just a waste of time when you're actually feeling sick and so uncomfortable.

No matter when you arrive for an appointment, 1 hour early or 2 mins late, they will make sure you wait for couple of hours. Come prepared with another appointment with another medical center as the GPs are as incompetent as the medical center services.
