Had an appointment in this clinic and doctor prescribed wrong medication which I use on a daily basis. Called to ask to get right prescription without fees but they refused to do so as an appointment wasn’t recently. Very disappointed, need to pay double price not for my mistake

Will not be attending this practice again. Mentioned I would like to do my self cervical screening test. The gp I saw had not heard of it before and had to go ask a nurse. She then came back with the test and said you can do it yourself but you have to show me you have the swab in the right position.... As someone who has had previous trauma I was very uncomfortable with this and besides I'm a 51 year old one woman and i think I know my body by now. After hearing most patients get to do this in the privacy of a bathroom in the medical centre I found this to be a little inappropriate.

Sitting here in the waiting room and the reception is very very rude. Clearly hates her job not sure why she’s still here. Was also rude to me while checking in my young son whoms autistic. Made him very uncomfortable.
The way she speaks to people on the phone was even worse than how she spoke to me.

Dr Lin is a caring and very competent doctor. Diagnosis has been spot on . We have had positive experiences with all staff here including receptionists , nurse and all doctors . I am relieved to have a local doctor who we trust . They always also do their best to see our family if we ever need . Appreciate this so much. Thankyou for looking after my family

Cancelled several appointments on my family they told me they double booked now my daughter will be in pain for another day. Waiting 5 minutes to speak to receptionist to tell me this is ridiculous.

Best doctors practice on the Northside. No longer bulk billing but definitely worth paying. Dr Lin is a caring and professional doctor who listens and is extremely knowledgeable. The receptionists are kind, thoughtful and bubbly who actually care about how their clients are. I also received the most fuss free and painless vaccination from this medical centre. Could not recommend more!

Dr Sue sent me to QML for swabs - after 20 mins waiting the QML lady told me they have told the practice numerous times they don't provide that service and I had to go to Taigum. Also they don't do things other practices do e.g. forgot to ask for Medical certificate and couldn't get one emailed to me without booking another consult, and they won't email your QML results to you unless you book another consult. Not happy with the service.
