I have been going to see Tara every 3 to 4 weeks for the last 18 months. The difference is amazing. If you like a deep tissue massage Tara is the right person for the job. Very knowledgeable and definitely knows how to hit all the sore spots. I highly recommend booking in for an hour. Just the right amount of time.

I have been getting regular massages from Tara and I cannot recommend her enough. I always feel so much better afterwards and she really knows how to fix up all the sore spots in my back.

I took my 94 year old father into the clinic to help alleviate the pain in his heel that wakes him up each night. The massage therapist was very professional. She explained what she was going to do each time before she did it. She did not rush him & was very considerate of his age. She made him feel relaxed and comfortable. I have just spoken with my father and he was very happy as he had slept through the whole night with no pain. I would recommend Tara to anyone.

I'm incredibly grateful for Tara for the Bowen therapy treatment I received. It has been a lifesaver in managing my stressful driving job and chronic back pain. After the session I felt like I am floating and so amazed how the gentle Bowen technique os and yet it significantly reduced my back pain.
