Always late! Even the third appointment of the day. This is regular. The people on reception are rude and do little to provide a positive experience or any sense of managing expectations. The drs in the practice vary dramatically some appear to be extremely
old, slow and have questionable capability. We have even received rude comments from a couple of the Drs. Whilst the practice is in a good location for us the ever frustrating experience makes us want to go elsewhere. Disappointing.

Call the centre to ask a few questions, the nurse who answered to call was extremely rude and unhelpful., and because I was Irish I had to give a $100 in cash before evening seeing the doctor. The nurse placed me on hold for the 4th time cutting me off from what I was trying to find out the information for with what kind of cost I could be looking at if I wanted my bloods taken., the doctor who than came on the phone was far more rude told me not to speak and even laughed at me before hanging the phone up! It was just a question that before I was to call to see him which I would ask for bloods to be taken and pay $100 she wanted what further cost I should expect so I could try and get the money to pay for my medical cost extremely unprofessional one of the worst unprofessional experiences I have encountered
WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS!!!

Have unfortunately been here a few times now but I cannot fault the staff or facilities. They have been extremely accommodating to my family and I on a number of occasions. If you live in the area or have to the misfortune of having a workplace injury nearby do not hesitate to use this medical centre.

Always crowded, but they take walk in appointments and are quite friendly. They do bulk billing and have the pathology next door if you need additional tests done, and a chemist across the road to fill prescriptions.
