I have been looking for a new GP for more holistic health care, as I’ve found my local medical centre to be very overwhelmed with patients and the care has been very rushed. Botanica Medical Centre has been an absolutely wonderful find. I found them on Google and they had such great reviews so I booked a long appointment to go through my health history with the GP. The receptionist Nisha was so lovely and helpful when we arrived and went through the range of services they have on site. It is really impressive. Then the GP, Dr Alagan, was really patient and listened to my concerns. She then took the time to ask me questions and was very caring and helpful. I would highly recommend this medical centre. They have things like children’s specialist GP, speech therapist, dietitian, dentist, ECG, nurse, pathology. So many services. And bulk billed too. It’s really clean and professional and there’s parking and a cafe outside. Amazing!

I had a fantastic experience with Jay, the chiropractor at Botanica Medical Team. He is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and really takes the time to explain everything clearly. I felt a noticeable difference after just one session and appreciated his genuine care for my well-being.

From the moment I wandered in like a deer in headlights, the lovely Nisha (receptionist) welcomed me with such guidance, kindness and warmth. Nisha was not only very informative of all the services and offerings in the medical center but it’s her wonderful personality that makes you feel at home - very patient, bright and bubbly. Nothing was too much of an ask with Dr. Alagan and her ability to seamlessly be professional and empathetic makes her a trusted GP for all my medical needs. This one stop shop has made it very convenient for my family, with offerings of dental, pathology, psych services, speech therapists, iron infusions, GP services & even a physio a few steps away, the list goes on! Thank you again team for making my visit so positive as often they can be quite daunting/uninviting.

It was first time at this practice and was very please with the care I received. I felt heard and that my best interest was really considered. Dr Thalagan was very professional but albsolutely Pleasant. The receptionist Nisha is very helpful and knowledgable. I received a lot of helpful and useful information. From the moment you walk into the beautiful Botanica Medical Centre you are welcomed by the lovely receptionist Nisha who is always happy to assist you followed by the wonderful doctors including Dr Thana Alagan and Dr Ragu Renganathan thank you for looking after my family when in need. They also have Pathology, Dental, Chiro, Psychology and many other services available.

Place seems all good. Nisha at the front desk was lovely and helpful. My time with Dr Sri Ram Kumarasiri was super chill and the dude was understanding of my needs and concerns. All in all, a pleasant experience. Will be going back again.
