Prices online said $109 initial consult but to ring and confirm. Ann got me booked in the next day albeit price unconfirmed. As much as it's my responsibility to check prices, it is a business's responsibility to be honest and relatively upfront regarding pricing.

I arrived on time to find I'd been double booked. About half an hour later I was ready for my initial consult. She set a half hour treatment time and I gave a basic rundown of my problems as best I could which seemed good enough for her. I would have liked some basic motion assessment as I'm worried and unsure of where or how my pain originates and what it indicates but was instead instructed to lay on the physio table.

Her palpation was good and relieved some tension. She got to the key areas quickly but there were more that im not sure she was aware of from my descriptions. If she knew what my issue was she didn't tell me. During our time she mostly talked about her own life and asked little of my physical circumstances. She took a call for a few minutes and then came back to set a lamp that would "change my DNA" (which I presume was an infrared lamp) and left the room.

My time was up and I had learned absolutely nothing about the nature of my problems. I understand an initial consult is just and only that but I left the building not knowing a thing about my muscles, tendons, ligaments and what is happening in my body. The brief massage and heat were nice enough in and of themselves. I thought she would be more thorough however as she took pride to mention she works holistically and not just on this or that muscle.

It ended up costing $170 - which I learned afterwards - for the 30-40 minutes for what felt more like a meet and greet with a Panadol. I left with another verbally agreed appointment for two days later where I (or we) would get to learn more.

I texted (as I'd been told to message about that appointment and not to call as she "won't pick up") before that next appointment to ask of whether further appointments were still $170/30 mins and was called back after the scheduled time

I'm not a person who demands instant solutions Maybe I'm just too curious, skeptical and broke to afford such small increment progress but I cannot shake the feeling of being breadcrumbed and squeezed. I didn't see or get enough to warrant another appointment to find out if my misgivings are wrong. I'd advise Boost to employ an assistant in the future.

I saw Anne several years ago and she identified and fixed a previously undiagnosed injury giving me movement and freedom to exercise and play team sport again. She helped me again with a recent injury with her usual professionalism, thoroughness and client focus. Cost is also very reasonable Thanks very much Anne

Ann is very good at the work She does and over the last year or so She has treated Me for old man aches and pains.
With just a few sessions each time I was back into the day to day grind.
I highly recommend Her to anyone needing Physiotherapy work.

I was extremely satisfied with my treatment. I came to Ann in an apprehensive manner as I was quite disheartened about a debilitating and painful lower back injury caused through sport. However, thanks to her infectious enthusiasm and optimistic attitude to everything we did during our sessions, I was able to not only push myself harder than I thought was possible but also develop an assenting attitude to dealing with the pain of my injury which was an essential part in getting over it altogether.

Taking into account also Ann's remarkable anatomical knowledge of a wide array of injuries from sport to occupational, I always felt secure that I was being treated by someone who knew exactly what she was talking about.

The exercises we did were ground-breaking and challenging, from sessions in the gym to acupuncture, the most gratifying part was seeing the differences it made as I progressed each session.

I would therefore greatly suggest Ann as your physio as I could not ask for better in terms of both service and treatment. Thank you Boost Physio!!

Two days before I needed to fly to Victoria and stayed for 5 days, I hurt my waist badly due to gym exercise. I could not put my right foot onto the floor meaning I could not walk straight up without personal care. I was so worried as I needed to fly out in two days. I quickly booked an appointment with Boost Physiotherapy and Ann Fong immediately put me on despite of her busy schedules. Ann uses skilful Physiotherapy methods to achieve a faster recovery result for me. I was able to walk with my foot on ground and my back straight up immediately after the first double session and reached 95% recovery after the second and third sessions. Although I drove 30 minutes to see her in Port Adelaide, it was well worth for a speedy recovery. I now start my regular physio exercises with Ann to maintain my tired and worn out body for long term benefit as I approach an older age. Ann Fong's physiotherapy skill is special in compared to many other Physiotherapists. I really appreciate her hard work to get me back on track quickly.

Booked online for a date and time that suited. Just happened to email to confirm price / Bupa status when I was informed that Ann was on an RDO and hadn't bothered updating the online booking system to reflect. So I would've turned up and the place would have been closed.

If you're going to this clinic definitely recommend calling to book your appointment rather than using their online system as they obviously don't bother to keep it up to date.
