Use to absolutely love this place when Dr Mina was there and the receptionist that use to be there. Now, doctors don't care, receptionist are absolutely horrendous. They NEVER answer their phones. I couldn't cancel an appointment because I couldn't get through on the phone. Try to re book and am told I need to pay $50 for non attendance. I stated I tried calling many times and had proof, asked to speak to management but refused and hung up on and was given an email that was ignored. Worst receptionist I've ever met in my life. Would not recommend and will never go back. The place will eventually fall apart. Disgusting.

Gave 1 star. Would have preferred to give none. But to do a review..u have to do at least 1! Disgraceful practice now. Has gone into the gutter. Dr Mina was great. Really saved my husband's life. A real doctor n good man. Lovely receptionist at the time we were there too. Both now gone. Any wonder y?! The doctors n staff there now r dreadful. 1 doctor charged me $120 for the same time for prescriptions I used to have with Dr Mina for $70. When I queried this..care factor zero. Tough. Can't stress enough how unpleasant n unhelpful they r. N rarely answer phones. This practice has done a complete reversal from what it n it's reputation was... n that's how u lose clients. Our whole family has now left n won't b back. Ever. U only have to read the other reviews plus what ppl say on fb! We thankfully found Dr Mina. Means a bit more travel but we definitely don't care. Worth it. Don't waste yr time, $ n attention to health at this now garbage practice.

Iam not sure what to say. Dr. Mike Has been my doctor for a few years and iam very happy with him, however the receptionist, must have been dragged from the unemployable list. To put my problem plainly, she is useless. If it were a easy task I would find a new doctor, I would,
due to the attitude of the receptionist. How does this make sense. I wish there was anther way. Please bring back the old receptionist, whose name escapes me, and pay her what ever. It takes, as I feel it would be a great investment in your business.

Still after 3 weeks trying to get my money back. They made the mistake of putting through to Medicare that I was bulk billed when I wasn't so now I'm almost $40 out of pocket. My appointment was on the 13/4 and now the 5/5 they still haven't called Medicare to fix. They even billed my payment to the wrong doctor. Why should I have to hassle and hassle for things to be done about this. A phone call to Medicare is all that's needed!!! Not impressed and beware of this happening people, I'm sure I'm not the only one.

Absolutely appalled. If you enjoy being belittled by staff this is the place.
No care for patients. Cancel appointments to clients when they feel like they want to. Alana that works at reception is absolutely rude, no customer service, no phone call to organise appointments, phones are off for more than time frame given. Where has the care gone? It left when Jodie left.
and to refuse me to talk to a manger! Absolutely disgusting

Would love to review their service, except for the fact there was none.

As a carer for an elderly person, I have a duty to let everyone who is thinking of coming here know what our experience was like. We (my client and I) arrived five minutes early to the appointment. We waited five minutes. We waited ten minutes. We waited forty minutes. Nothing. At this point, my client couldn't take it anymore, as they are in chronic pain, and sitting up for long periods of times in a plastic chair is a huge effort. Nobody there seemed to care whatsoever.

When we inquired when we would be seen, we were treated with scorn, rolled eyes and told that 'we were next'. I happened to glance into one of the offices with the doctor my client was supposed to see. They were having lunch. (To be clear, I am not opposed to staff having their break, I know how hard they work and they certainly deserve the best.) Why would you schedule a appointment with a doctor during the doctor's lunch break? Bad time management. My client decided they wanted to leave and on the way out we were told to 'have patience, you only have to wait a little longer.' Which I found insensitive to say to my client who'd been waiting 45 minutes already and was upset about the whole ordeal and, once again, was in a lot of pain. Had they had the courtesy to own up to their mistake and admit they'd scheduled at a bad time for the doctor we would have gladly rescheduled and come back at a more convenient time for the practice. But instead they left my client waiting for 45 minutes and treated them poorly when they had the audacity to inquire when they'd be seen for an appointment they were early to. I'd give 0 stars if possible. I've also reviewed on a day we did not attend so they couldn't figure out who my client and I are as I fear there would be ramifications for complaining about them.

Any surgery that has poor time management, poor client service and that you don't feel safe in is not worth your time.

I have been going to this practice for 5 yrs. Watching it go down hill since Jodie left now Dr Mina has gone. Receptionist is so rude. I’ve gone to Argentine Doctors. Patients are treated like important people not cattle. Boolaroo medical centre won’t last now.
