I needed a crown yesterday - Myles did a great job - it feels great and no after pain!
New technology allowed a small hand-held scanner in my mouth to map the exact size of the crown needed - the crown was made on-site and fitted two hours after initial preparation. Very happy!

The day Ned handed me the mirror to look at myself i cryed as ive never seen my smile ever . Ned, kate, and all the team are amazing wonderful people.
Im still going through the process of healing an would do it a million times over.
Fantastic friends i have made for life.
Ned has given me my life an confidence back. I will thank him every day for the rest of my life.

I second the 'rip off' statement by Tia.

I needed a script and instead had photos taken then charged for them even though they weren't for me but only taken out of interest.

I was referred on to a "specialist". No referral papers, just a photo copy of the HTML text on their Web page which anyone can do at home. Then leave only to discover the specialist is closed for a month.

When you need a script the worst thing any practitioner can do is charge you $107 for a black and printed Web page and send you off knowing your condition will remain untreated.

The next day I went to a different dental practice in another town and for the same money I received the script I needed and my condition is clearing now. Also included was expert advice and a logical dental plan.

It pays to keep shopping around further away for what you need in life when you realise your locals are useless rip off's.

Today I had my first visit with Bonnells Bay Dental . I wanted to get in for chipped tooth and receptionist booked me with Dr James Tran on the same day . I have been in dentistry for over 27years as I am overseas Dental hygienist as well and always admire good dentistry . Dr James is extremely knowledgeable and helped me to fix my tooth and I’ll sure find a great dentist . I was a bit nervous at first but he made the whole experience painless and pleasant . Highly recommend Dr James and previously met Dr Restom at another clinic and he was also awesome . Booked my dental cleaning amd looking forward to meet the OHT .

Brandon and James at Bonnells Bay Dental were fantastic. They did a thorough history and talked to me about my concerns and issues with my teeth. They showcased what was happening with my crowding and how to prevent it and possible grinding. They also helped eased my anxiety of being there. Thank you.

Amazing dental surgery. Second time I have been here and I will be back.
Dentists, Dental Assistants and Receptionist couldn't have been more friendly, they go up and above to make you feel comfortable. Also extremely understanding of my fear of dentists.
Dr James Tran and Tahlia were beautiful and put my anxiety at ease.
Recommend to all ages.

Highly recommend Dr James (JT) and his staff they were professional and courteous towards me. Whilst I learnt that dentistry has come a long way since the humble filing yesterday I experienced a 3D cap that saved my tooth from being extracted. Again James I thank you sincerely for your knowledge and experience in dentistry. Highly recommend.

My teeth were in a horrible state and seemed hopeless but Dr Ned and his team transformed my teeth they look absouloutly amazing beyond words can describe.
