Very professional studio. Jodie is fantastic and encouraging so as you can achieve your goals. The results are great I’ve lost cellulite along with inches and for a women of 51 and hormonal changes where I’ve struggled to budge the weight and find time to get the heart rate going with 30 min of exercise, 3 times a week, whilst burning 1000cals a session - Bonita Body Solutions Altona is the perfect fit for me

Jodie at Bonita body is a miracle worker . The capsules are so good , and with Jodie’s guidance , if you follow the rules the results are insane !! Bonita body also has normatech compression which both myself and my daughter have used to recover from injury .

After hip replacement surgery I was looking for a low impact activity as part of kick starting my rehab and fitness. I have much greater strength in my legs now after using the machines. The sauna and rehab equipment is also very useful to mix things up a bit. Thoroughly recommended.

Bonita Body Solutions has changed the way I look at exercise.
I have increased my strength and overall fitness and won’t go back to your traditional gyms now that I have Bonita Body Solutions.
The capsules are Infrared and Vacuum Treadmills and I use them three times a week and have done so for the last 18 months.
I started off with gentle Lymphatic Drainage sessions which gave me an all round well being, feeling great after each session.
I then went on to toning and lost centimetres and kg from my hips waist and legs it was amazing.
I finally found a form of exercise where I didn’t have to push and shove my way to a machine in the gym with 20 other sweaty people and burning up to 1200 calories per session is a no brainer and it’s low impact - Perfect!
I also did Injury Recovery and gently built up my workouts through the process of healing a fractured hip.
I also use the Normatec compression boots for all round fitness combined with the Infrared and Vacuum Treadmill I reap the benefits for an all round body workout and recovery session, improving my circulation and reducing my cellulite while I unwind and relax.
