I have massages every year while on holidays in Cairns. This year I came across Fred in the Cairns Night Markets.
I have really tight muscles requiring someone who knows their craft and has the physical strength, knowledge and skills to not only understand what I require but to also treat it.
Fred has been the first person to suitably address and fix my issues. I couldn’t be more happier.

I have decided to not go to any other massage person when in Cairns and will be going to Fred every year from now on. You certainly get value for money.

I crawled in and was able to walk out. I was in excruciating pain from sciatica when I first visited. The treatment was incredibly helpful, providing much-needed relief. Awesome experience, qualified sports masseuse. I was after acupuncture but Fred was sick, at the time, so his partner took me in for a deep tissue massage. She was awesome, strong and knew what she was talking about. The massage was 11/2 hrs long and I left, numb. In the morning, I was not sore and felt great for work the next day. I advise anyone who is looking for a massage, to see these people.

My husband and I wondered into the Body Wise Solutions stall at the night markets, and on a whim, booked in for a massage and an acupuncture session the next night. It was my first time getting acupuncture, and it was great! Relaxing and informative, and pressure where pressure was needed. My bung right shoulder has been injured for 18 months, and now it feels better than before I injured it! Frederick is super knowledgeable about his craft! It was a great experience. Meanwhile my husband was getting the best massage ever by Lynne. His back has found a new lease on life!
We highly recommend these guys!

I went to Lynne for a shoulder issue that had been bothering me for years and I started to think it couldn’t be fixed, In just a hour Lynne had fixed it, couldn’t recommend more, they’re great people as well.

My partner and I found Fred & Lynn when we were looking for somewhere to have a massage at the same time. I am so glad we have found them! We try to see them every time we are in Cairns and have started making a trip up (2hrs drive) just to see them! Both are incredibly skilled practitioners.
I had never had acupuncture before and Fred suggested it would be good for me. I have now had 3 visits for acupuncture and the results are better than I imagined. I have problems with my hips and I’ve had better results from acupuncture than from cortisone injections. I’m moving more confidently and comfortably with significantly less pain.

Can definitely recommend these two wonderful people, who are both passionate about what they do. Most of the time I've been getting treatment from Lynne, whose astute observations & gifted hands have assisted me in becoming more aware of imbalances in my body.... I also appreciate Fred's acupuncture treatments, which have helped me with my legs/knees as well as issuing me an occasional nice 'trip' along the way :). He is an intriguing individual to listen to in terms of both clinical and life experience, and from what I've observed, has helped a lot of patients with injuries, pain etc. BodyWise is deffo worth at least a visit or three 🙂 ). Fred is a master and very reasonably priced given his skill and knowledge. I saw him twice during our 4 day trip in Cairns and cant recommend him enough. The massage was next level. I have an incredibly tight lower back from years of neglect with heavy lifting. His acupuncture made a instant and significant difference to how i feel and move. Fred really knows what hes doing. You wont regret the investment in seeing him, i assure you!
