I’ve been seeing Eric for my hamstring and abductor issue, which caused a painful burning sensation when sitting. After three weeks of acupuncture twice a week, my recovery has been incredible. Previous physiotherapy and massage treatments only provided short-term relief, but Eric really understands how to treat injuries effectively. I’ve been going to Eric for a few years and highly recommend his treatments. I’ve been coming to Eric for years and years now. He has always sorted me out when others have not. Fixed my unique issues and relieved me of migraines. Eric is seriously the best acupuncturist! first helping me treat my HG in pregnancy and now helping me treat my back pain. I absolutely love the whole vibe of the clinic and I've had excellent results with every session. I can't wait to see what other things improve as I continue to come back.

Eric is such a breath of fresh air in a already saturated market of health professionals and natural medicines.
He is extremely professional and knowledgeable at his craft , always very thorough with my treatments and just a really nice guy in general. I was first introduced to Eric a few years ago as I was having ongoing issues with my rotator cuff and got to the point where I couldn't carry as much a bag of groceries without feeling discomfort to a point where I had to stop. I had attended over a dozen physio sessions, did all the suggested exercises and followed instructions just to come to the realisation that I was wasting my time and money....and getting nowhere.

Long story short Eric managed to figure out the actual cause of my apin and had me not only pain free, but back into training after only 4 sessions! The work he did on those original sessions has helped so much, that I have gotten to the point where I'm pain free, and only need to see him once a year or so since then.

I'm not usually the type of person who would just freely recommend acupuncture or health professionals in general, the market just feels so saturated in this space and what works for one person doesn't necessarily work for the next. In this case however after seeing such results and the impact this has had on my health, I've been recommending Eric to all friends and colleagues ever since.

As most people have "a therapist", it's only until they can't resolve their issues they will seek advice elsewhere. Friends and colleagues of mine have come back thanking me for insisting they visit Body and Soul and are now also pain free.

Unfortunately it wasn't till today that I was required to see Eric again that I realized I had not yet left a review which im hoping will be viewed and be helpful to others.
