Went for a 1hr deep tissue back and glutes massage. Romina worked her magic through the various muscle groups. With the provided advice to hydrate plenty post massage, I feel relaxed and really good post treatment. Romina provides tips for extra exercises and is a great conversationalist pre/post treatment. I find Romina a generally grounded and well-centred human being, a personality trait I’m drawn to in people - I therefore recommend Romina’s services wholeheartedly.

Romina has been caring for me for the last eight weeks and I’m so glad that I have found her. She really listens and cares for her clients and offers great advice for home maintenance to try and avoid injuries, aches and pains. Romina gently encourages you to really just let go of any tension and drift off while she works her magic. She finds the tight spots and uses the right amount of pressure and technique to provide relief. Her knowledge of the muscular skeletal system and body dynamics is very impressive. I feel I am in safe hands 🙌 thank you Romina. 🙏

Romi is absolutely fantastic! My first session I briefly described issues I was having and she found the source of my pain, provided stretches for me to do in between sessions. She is extremely attentive, provides an extremely relaxing and comfortable space, and is such a kind, bubbly person. I would 100% recommend paying her a visit!! 🙂

Romi’s remedial and lymphatic drainage massage is incredibly effective, and relaxing. Romi is professional, attentive, skilled and she targeted all the right areas. The lymphatic drainage has helped with ongoing issues of leg pain and swelling that has occurred since having babies, I can now sit and stand for prolonged periods without discomfort and fluid retention.
