Regular client - I see Melanie regularly and she keeps me in good balance or fixes things when I have issues. In 2018 I had a back injury that sidelined me for a couple months and once I recovered I broke my wrist! Very frustrating, but as I worked through it, Mel gave me specific exercises and an app on my phone to track progress. Very caring, friendly and always positive. I also get regular massage from Danielle on alternative appointments and find that this mix keeps me in good shape.
