I have been a client with Sally for a few years now both as my physiotherapist and Pilate teacher. Sally is very knowledgeable, she takes the time to explain any treatment she gives and always treats you with kindness and understanding. Sally is a fabulous Pilates teacher as well which has been great to incorporate when dealing with injuries. I highly recommend her.

I thoroughly enjoy Pilates with Sally, she knows my various issues and always adapts movements for me to achieve. I have come a long way with my mobility since attending classes. I have also seen Sally privately for assessment, she is incredibly knowledgeable and thorough, and let me just say if you actually do the excercises she gives you on a daily basis you will improve.
