I had an hour massage with Rusty last weekend and hands down one of the best massages I’ve ever had. My friend followed me after my appointment & said the same thing. Rusty is such a lovely person, who listens to you & your body. It’s been a while since I’ve had a make masseuse but Rusty made me feel very comfortable and at ease. Can’t wait to my next holiday to blueys to book in another massage & check out the other offerings like yoga & sauna.

Rusty and Di we're so welcoming and made us feel at ease straight away. We went to a special meditation and got remedial massages, both putting us in a relaxing, holiday mood. My hubby said it was the best massage he's ever had and would travel back once a month just to visit Natural Health Care! Thank you!

This is a lovely facility with wide variety of offerings including yoga classes, Naturopathic care, Massage and Sauna. I had one of the best massages of my life here with Wendy. She intuitively knew where my hot spots were , was caring, and thorough. I will definitely return!

My wife and I decided to spend a few blissful days at Bluey's Beach, and during our stay, we stumbled upon the Natural Health Centre. We both had a longing for a rejuvenating massage, and what a find it turned out to be! I had the pleasure of a 1-hour session with Ninna, and I must say, it was hands down the most relaxing massage I've ever experienced. I wholeheartedly recommend this place, not only for the exceptional massage but also for Ninna's impeccable work ethic and outstanding customer service. It's truly refreshing to encounter such professionalism and dedication from the staff. Our visit to the Natural Health Centre was an absolute highlight of our getaway.

Due to year's of smoking l was weezing and wake up feeling like was drowning in mucus. I went to see Deanne to see if she could help. She mixed up a herbel extract and some other stuff and wow no more drowning or weezing and no pressure in my sinuses but
It might taste yuk but it works for me Thank you so much Deanne

Honestly one of the best massages I’ve ever had. I had been having a lot of neck pain for about a week and went in to see Rusty for a 60 min remedial massage. The next day I was feeling almost completely back to myself. Went in again two days later! Would highly recommend.

What a great find!! This place is so special! Professional, cosy and friendly. Di and Rusty really make you feel at home.
My friend and I tried a Pilates class and massage. Di is a great instructor and although the room is small it was perfectly comfortable.
The massage was everything I needed to relax and release during my weekend Sydney escape.
Loved it!
