Our loved one came to Bluecare Dicky Beach in 2020 at the beginning of the Covid pandemic. The admin and clinical staff were amazing as they negotiated some very trying times as they kept our loved one safe and empathised with concerns regarding visitation. Our dad was a much loved resident at Dicky Beach which was reflected in his personal, mental and physical well being.

The activities coordinator has an enthusiastic approach to keeping residents engaged and physically active. The nursing staff are thorough and were attentive to my dad’s issues with Parkinson’s Disease. His passing at the aged care facility was such a beautiful experience as staff across the board went above and beyond to meet our families needs during such a sensitive time. Dad was treated with love and dignity and we will always remember and be grateful to the staff at Dicky Beach for the love they showed us and our dad in his last days.

After visiting a friend ~The staff can hardly speak English and the nurses are rude and obnoxious! If you love your loved ones then send them somewhere else. I'm already planning and saving for a alternative to these facilities 😔

Advert says 9am - 5pm every day. But phone number only answers business hours Monday ti Friday and Sat morning. No way to check on ailing relatives outside those hours. 😡
