Literally the worst practice I’ve ever been to.
Saw them because I was got injured at work and even though I had insurance through work cover, they refused to charge the insurer and demanded I pay.
Waited upwards of 45 minutes for each consult while doctors shouted at each other in the lobby.
Anywhere is better than here.

Every single appointment we have had, my family has to wait 1-2 hrs. What is the point of making an appointment if you will be waiting hours. Last time the app was at 5pm and Dr Kichkin took 2 hrs to see my family (we came back home at 7:30pm!!!!!). Everytime is the same issue, people waiting to be seen and had to wait hours to their turn. I feel like my family is begging this practice and Drs to see us. They dont care about your time and commitments, you will always waste half day waiting for your app that you booked weeks ago.

I am writing to express my gratitude for the exceptional care that Dr Mohamad Fakih and his supervisor provided to my son during his recent visit. His professionalism, expertise and genuine concern for my son’s well-being were truly exceptional.

His willingness to take the time to examine my son thoroughly and to carefully explain his condition was very much appreciated. His suggestion to have an X-ray performed was particularly valuable, and we were impressed by your ability to quickly arrange for the imaging to be done on the same day.

Thanks to the doctor’s timely and thoughtful care, my son's injury was diagnosed and treated promptly, and my son is now well on the road to recovery. We are particularly grateful for your kindness and patience with us throughout the entire process.

Would not shy to give them a zero star rating. Raymond the receptionist needs a lesson or two on customer service.
The service is so so negligent that they do not respond to life insurance related details for three plus weeks even after multiple follow ups by the patient and the life insurance company themselves.

The wait times are way too much each time you visit the centre. Do yourself a favour and look for another doctor service elsewhere

Worst booking system in this place.
There is no point of making an appointment as you always have to wait for hours even if you make appointment!
Receptionist is not helpful at all because they don't know how to keep the queue!
Bad service and avoid going by wasting your time!
