I came here for my first surgery and I was extremely anxious and upset upon arriving. The day surgery staff saw how upset I was and got me in straight away and I had Dr David (unfortunately cannot remember his last name) console me and sit with me reassuring me. He made me smile and made me feel extremely safe. The process of the surgery went smoothly and entering the operating theatre I was treated with respect and reassured I’d be okay.
Just want to say a massive thank you to everyone, you guys are amazing and the work you do doesn’t go unnoticed ❤️

My daughter was brought through Emergency requiring urgent care. Even under such difficult and stressful circumstances, the care and compassion from Doctors, Nurses and Staff was just incredible and I am so grateful for the comfort that brought me. Thank you

Had my surgery here 3 years ago the nurse in the recovery was so nice very kind
All the nurses were all amazing Thank you very much.
So im looking forward to my next surgery at 7am tomorrow morning hope all goes well

Stayed 5 days . Care exceptional. I had Covid.
Food was yum & filling. You don't need private health with this levels of spirit of a dedicated young medical and nursing team.

Great staff and helpful service ,unfortunately they are doing the best they can with what they have as the hospital is in dire need of upgrading to a bigger and better site which is shameful in this day and age where politicians are jet-setting to their lunch dates whilst these medical professionals should be given all the financial help and modern up to date working conditions they need as if they decided to walk off the job the community would be in dire straights the council needs to do better by starting with graveling the carpark so visitors don't experience the 4wd fun park that is trying drive through the huge ruts everywhere

Just go to penrith. Been waiting 4 hours to get results on a covid test. And watched an elderly couple who had been here 3 hours before me get told by the admin lady she can go home and use an ice pack after they asked how long they have to wait when she HIT THE BACK OF HER HEAD AND PASSED OUT FOR 10+ MINS. HOW COULD THEY SEND HER HOME Let alone the admin worker ? Then to add on there is a little girl with a broken hand sitting here for over 4 hours still waiting for a room and treatment. Two years ago I also came here with a fractured tibia, and surprise surprise I waited 8 hours to get an xray while shaking because of the amount of pain I was in. The wait times are disgusting and they need to step up.

After experiencing some chest pain thought l should have it checked. Went to ED and the staff were amazing - all so caring, courteous and supportive.
