The staff are fantastic. The place might be old but every staff member, whether it's kitchen staff or the nurses, they treat all residents with respect. I wouldn't have my mother in there if I felt unsure.

Poorly educated staff, low protein food offerings. Little after hours communication. No explanation to bruising. Suggest family members go daily to keep a look out for loved ones.
