Service has definitely improved, wait times are reasonable. Usually more than one doctor available. Very happy that services have returned to past standards.

Opening times have been reduced check times and there's a standard consultation fee to pay that is Medicare subsidised. This is to be expected unfortunately, also notice that there is a Sunday surcharge. Pharmacy onsite always offering competitive pricing and excellent services.

I recommend booking your appointments on the Hotdoc app. The ladies at the reception do a professional job.

I would like to say how happy I was with Lia at reception last Saturday.
I came in with my elderly mum and the experiences I have had in the past have been quite rude and unprofessional with other staff members, however Lia was different and went beyond and above to assist myself and my mum and I wanted to take this opportunity to thank Lia personally and show how grateful we were for Lia’s services.

We walked in as a new patient and the receptionist Leah was just so great to fit us in to see the dr who was booked out.
Leah showed wonderful customer service, understanding and empathy. We appreciated her help very much since it is so hard to find an open medical centre on the weekend.
It is also good that there is a medical centre that is open 7 days and till late!
