Partner had to pick up iron tablets for me and wasn't exactly certain what he needed, as I had only given him a discription of the packaging. Initially purchased the wrong thing and then was barrated by a staff member for wasting her time when he returned to get the correct one.

Refused to let me know if they had something in stock without me telling them the exact name, my script was at another chemist , not a chance they would let me know if they had any in stock so I could get my scrip the next day and decide if I could get it filled in young or not.
