I am soo incredibly hurt by the situation that happened. A few days ago I came in for my medication and I walked completely forgetting to pay. It was truly an accident and honestly I'm truly sorry. I had to put this up on google reviews since I was treated poorly and no one wanted to even hear what I had to say. I didn't do this on purpose. I wanted to say sorry and that I forgot but honestly the way you treated me as if I was such a nuisance. I get it. But give me a chance to speak and explain the situation. I am hurt that no one gave me a chance to speak. Just dirty looks and walking away from me. I didn't even know what was happening when the worker followed me and snatched the medication from me. I went back and paid of course but I just wanted a chance to explain the situation. It was an accident and now I am labelled a thief even though I really didn't do it on purpose. I am hurt that this is the way my explanation is getting to you guys. And that's why I am giving a bad review.

Great customer service. Me and my sister called them regarding dad vitamin needle which we couldn’t find and the guy who answer the call was so helpful. Girl who gave us the calendars loved how she was smiling n welcomed us . we are happy with your customer service.Many thanks for everything.

Blooms Miller looked after my father's pharmaceutical needs for many years. He was always treated with respect, and they got to know him very well. They are caring and professional. When I called in after my dad's passing. Tong, Will and the Team made a point to come talk with me. They were all so generous with their expressions of sadness and refection. At Blooms Miller, you're not just a patient.

I'm impressed how they treat every person respectfully and friendly. Easy to make booking, thoughtful staff on how they're making their customers feeling comfortable while waiting, fast service, no need to wait too long to get prescription, friendly pharmacist, they have "family" vibes. Well done!

Came in to buy some RATs and some other pharmaceutical goods. It was quite busy but my experience was a swift and friendly one. The worker who served me (asian guy with glasses I think his name was Aaron), was very friendly and helped me find what I was looking for. Great staff member he is 👍🏻
