Yesterday my partner and myself attended this chemist to fulfil scripts and purchase other items.
We were greeted by a young girl at the counter, didn't catch her name but she had black hair and tattoos.
Her customer service was very on point. Greeted us with a smile, polite and extremely helpful.

Terrible service. Picked up scripts, they had only dispensed one of three that were requested. Then when dispensed after waiting, I mentioned for the second time that I had hit the pharmaceutical safety net. Informed that I would have to contact my pharmacist ( in NSW) to find out the number. All other chemists where I picked up medication from when travelling had done this for us. 30 mins later, I provided the number then they told me we had to wait! Thank god I don’t have to go back there!!

Fantastic chemist, always fully stocked, they have and hold everything you need and customer service by phone and in person is second to none. Highly recommend it and parking is a breeze with loads of on and off street parking. Best chemist in Qld.

Raju and the team at Blooms the Chemist are a very welcoming and friendly group of people who are always working hard to not just provide great service for their customers, but also create a comfortable space where you always feel welcome and taken care of. Will not be back. Staff need to be trained properly on afterpay. I was charged my availabilty amount to spend instead of prescription amount and there sorry was like they had over charged me 12 dollars not over $1200 to my afterpay. You put in the amount and scan my barcode. Very disappointed and your apology was shocking.
