Poor accounts processes. After my mother died I was contacted several times to finalise her account. I asked for a final statement and was provided with one then a month later I was presented with another statement with a reversal of a credit. When I asked for clarification I received nothing and ended up paying the account. I was then called again. It was not something that made the grieving process any easier.

What's good.

1)Has the longest opening ours of chemists in forestville.
2)Some of the pharmacists are great

What's bad.

1) Semi regular mistakes. Always check your tablets as they have issued short numbers at times. Today was issued antibiotics for 7 days when the script and sticker said 10 days.

2)Double check how things scan. Sometimes the price says X but scans at a higher price.
