I purchased two of the lupin wearable heat and cold packs; one for mum and one for me! I love that you can attach them to your body with the Velcro strap and not have to keep adjusting to get in the right position. My mum also uses hers on her knees and around her shoulders as well (there are multiple ways to wear/use them). Thank you for creating these little beauties. They’ll be appreciated for many years to come and they’re great gift ideas too!

I’ve been using Blooming Healthy lupin hot/cold packs and absolutely love them! They’re incredibly well made and versatile. I use them hot to ease sore muscles or general aches and pains and they work wonders. Cold, they’re perfect for soothing itchy or irritated skin.
