I had a wonderful experience with Bloom Hypnotherapy and Counselling. From the first session, I felt welcomed and truly listened to. I had 3 visits in total that were a mixture of hypnotherapy and EMDR for fear of heights and bridges. I had won a trip to do the Kokoda trail and even though I had been sceptical of this type of therapy, without really knowing much about it, I am truly amazed at the difference it has made. I could not have completed this challenge without the help I received from Adam Dear at Bloom Hypnotherapy! He was amazing, professional and understanding of my fears. I felt comfortable with him and can definitely recommend him.
