I had never had any eyebrow grooming prior to coming to see Anna at Bliss Beauty. I was a bit apprehensive but Anna made the process very easy and I got the result that I was after. Anna has so much knowledge and experience that you feel very comfortable knowing your skin needs are being taken care of. Not only is Anna extremely professional but she is also very honest when explaining what skin care treatment is best for you. Anna is super friendly, warm, and very genuinely. She cares about your skin and takes the time to explain and educate you about the treatments being provided. Anna goes above and beyond for her clients. she will examine your skin to determined what treatments is safe and will tailor the treatments specifically to you to help achieve your desired results.

Anna is amazing, she has such compassion for people and there skin needs and problems. She really wants to help her clients and goes the extra mile to help them. To let you know what a truly honest and fair person she is. She mixed up some cream for me to take home and try for a week. Anna wanted to make sure it worked before she sold me the cream and there was no charge. That is true customer service.
